摘  要:为探究茶园地质背景对茶叶生长的影响,分析茶园岩石、土壤和茶叶中矿物质的聚类特征,总结影响茶叶的关键地球化学组分,本文系统采集了云南省双江县冰岛茶园岩石、土壤与茶叶样品,测定34种无机矿质元素及8种有机物的含量,采用R型逐步聚类法对所有指标进行聚类分析。结果表明冰岛茶园的地质背景影响茶叶的关键地球化学组分为Th-Ba-Ti-Ge、Cd-K-Se-Mg、Ca-B-Cs-P,为茶树生长提供了大量的有益元素;物质内相关性由大到小依次为茶叶、岩石、土壤;聚类谱系图中,当以相关系数R=-0.25为分界线时,推测岩石样品因岩浆岩活动、变质作用和高温热液作用而聚类,土壤样品因元素活动性的强弱和氧化还原反应而聚类,茶叶样品因土壤pH值等理化性质对其抑制/促进作用而聚类,为进一步研究地质背景对茶叶物质构成的影响机制奠定基础。In order to explore the influence of the geological background of the tea garden on the growth of tea.The clustering characteristics were analyzed for rocks,soil and minerals in tea.The key geochemical components affecting tea were summarized.The rock,soil and tea samples of Bingdao tea garden in Shuangjiang County,Yunnan Province were collected systematically.The contents of 34 inorganic mineral elements and 8 organic substances were determined.The R-type stepwise clustering method was used for aggregation analysis of all indicators.The results showed that the key geochemical components of tea quality affected by the geological background of Bingdao tea gardens were:Th-Ba-TiGe,Cd-K-Se-Mg,and Ca-B-Cs-P.It also provided a lot of beneficial elements for tea growth;The degree of intra material correlation:tearocksoil;In the cluster pedigree diagram,Correlation coefficient R=-0.25 were selected.It is speculated that rock samples were clustered due to magmatic rock activity,metamorphism and high-temperature hydrothermal process.Soil samples were clustered due to the strength of element activity and redox reaction.Tea samples were clustered due to the inhibition/promotion of soil pH and other physical and chemical properties.It lays a foundation for further study on the mechanism of the influence of geological background on tea material composition.
