摘　　要：中国式现代化重视物质文明和精神文明的协调发展。从高质量实现中国式现代化的角度看,当代文艺实践在放手发展文艺产业、传媒企业与坚守审美精神、价值底线之间产生了创作业余化、审美茧房化、发展失衡化等现象。针对文艺生产领域出现的技术主义、消费主义等倾向,亟需我们以经典文艺的诗性正义和丰富、深邃的审美引导来促进文艺的健康发展。同时,充分利用现代先进科技,特别是迭代发展的数字媒介技术,灵活多样地传承中华美学精神、融通全球文明涵养、重塑文艺教化功能,形成国家宏观调控、市场制度管控、民众素养提升等多层面互补共享的“文化治理”格局。在这个过程中,必须充分重视算法技术应用与资本深度介入对文艺生态产生的深刻影响,重视价值引导,逐步完善治理制度。Chinese modernization attaches importance to the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization,and its purpose is to make the common people rich not only in material but also in spirit.From the perspective of realizing Chinese modernization with high quality,contemporary literary practice has produced tearing phenomena of amateur creation,aesthetic cocoon,unbalanced development,and vulgar content between the free development of literary industry,media enterprises and the adherence to aesthetic spirit and low value.In response to the tendency of technologism,consumerism in the field of literary production,there is an urgent need to enlighten and nourish people with the poetic justice of classical literature and art,and to promote the healthy development of literature and art with rich and profound aesthetic guidance.Meanwhile,we should make full use of modern advanced science and technology,especially“iteratively”evolving digital media technology,and inherit the Chinese aesthetic spirit flexibly,integrate global civilization,reshape the function of education of literature and art,to form a“cultural governance”pattern which is complementary and shared by the national macro-economic control,the market systematic control,and the enhancement of civic literacy.In the process,we must pay attention to the profound influence of the deep intervention of the application of algorithmic technology and capital on the literature and art ecology,and we must pay attention to value guidance and improve the governance system.
