摘　　要：正颌手术属于临床牙颌面畸形患者常用的治疗方法,为了对患者不协调的牙齿及咬合关系进行调整,对错位牙进行矫正,正颌手术在排齐牙列、排除牙颌干扰中起着重要的作用。患者接受正颌手术后,虽然可以对颌骨骨骼畸形进行矫正,但是因为术后患者的神经和肌肉组织还没有完全适应新的平衡,加之上下颌骨的移动也会导致手术切口部位的牵拉,从而会引发术后治疗效果出现反弹。正颌术后颌间牵引对于巩固治疗效果、防止患者术后复发、确保治疗效果非常重要。但是,颌间牵引会对患者的张口能力造成影响,对正常的饮食产生限制,进而导致患者的营养摄入不足,对身体的康复产生不良影响。医护人员应根据每例患者的自身特点,采取有针对性的营养教育方式及饮食护理方法,以满足患者的营养需求。Orthognathic surgery is a common treatment method for patients with dental and maxillofacial deformities.In order to adjust the patients'disharmonious teeth and occlusal relationship,and correct the dislocated teeth,it plays an important role in arranging dentition and eliminating dental and maxillofacial interference.After orthognathic surgery,although the deformity of the jaw bone can be corrected,the nerve and muscle tissue of the patient have not fully adapted to the new balance after surgery,and the movement of the upper mandible will also lead to the traction of the surgical incision,which will lead to the rebound of the postoperative treatment effect.Intermaxillary traction after orthognathic surgery is very important to consolidate the therapeutic effect,prevent postoperative recurrence and ensure the therapeutic effect.However,intermaxillary traction will affect patients'ability to open their mouths,restrict their normal diet,and then lead to insufficient nutritional intake of patients,which will have a negative impact on their physical rehabilitation.Medical staff should adopt targeted nutritional education methods and dietary care methods according to each patient's own characteristics to meet patients'nutritional needs.
