摘　　要：乳腺分叶状肿瘤(PTB)是一种较少见的纤维上皮性肿瘤,病理上分为良性、交界性、恶性3类。其患病率较低,总体治疗预后较好;但具有较高的局部复发风险;并且部分患者肿瘤易在短期内迅速增大。由于该类肿瘤临床较少见,迄今对此研究较少。如果缺乏对此类肿瘤了解会导致延误诊治,使病情发展至棘手状态。因此,中国研究型医院学会乳腺专业委员会整合目前循证医学的证据,经讨论制定了《中国女性乳腺分叶状肿瘤诊治专家共识》,期望推进各地医疗机构对该类肿瘤进行规范化诊治,提高患者的预后及生活质量。Phyllodes tumors of the breast(PTB)are relatively rare fibroepithelial tumors that are pathologically classified as benign,borderline,or malignant.Although the incidence of this type of tumor is low and the overall prognosis is preferable,there is a high risk of local recurrence,and some patients'tumors tend to grow rapidly within a short period of time.Due to the relative rarity of this tumor,less relevant research that has been conducted on it.A lack of understanding can lead to delayed diagnosis and treatment,which can allow the disease to progress to a serious stage.Therefore,the Breast Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association has developed a Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Phyllodes Tumors of the Breast for Chinese Women,based on current medical evidence.The aim is to promote standardized diagnosis and treatment of these tumors in local medical institutions and improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
