摘 要:设计了一种3D超分子结构,用于通过超声剥离制备微米级Eu-MOFs颗粒.由于2D层状Eu-MOFs表面存在大量DMF配位分子,其在油墨中具有良好的分散性.微米尺寸的Eu-MOFs表现出优异的流变性能,因此它们很容易与油墨或印泥基材结合成荧光油墨或印泥,表现出优异的稳定性.荧光油墨和印泥通过丝网印刷和指压加工出荧光图案,荧光图案在自然光下观察不到任何痕迹,在紫外光下则清晰可见,并发出明亮的红光.具有Eu^(3+)发光的独特2D层状Eu-MOFs可使其广泛应用于防伪领域.A 3D supramolecular structure was designed for preparing micron-sized Eu-MOFs particles by ultrasonic stripping.Due to a large number of DMF coordination molecules on the surface of 2D lamellar Eu-MOFs,the Eu-MOFs have good dispersion in slurry and the fluorescent ink shows excellent stability.The micron-sized Eu-MOFs exhibited excellent rheological properties,given they are easily combined with ink or mud substrate,and the fluorescent printing ink and printing mud are processed by screen printing and finger pressing.The colorless and transparent installation of fluorescent ink and printing mud,no marks were observed in the fluorescent pattern under natural light.Under ultraviolet light,fluorescent patterns on paper products were clearly displayed and bright red-light patterns were emitted.Unique 2D lamellar Eu-MOFs with Eu^(3+)luminescence makes it widely used in the field of anti-counterfeiting.
