摘  要:针对飞机总体方案参数设计中参数众多且之间存在耦合关系,传统的数值求解方法效率低,难以获取全局最优解,提出基于粒子群算法和埃特金迭代数值算法相结合的飞机总体方案设计优化方法。首先,以某大型飞机的改型方案设计为研究对象,在建立数值模型的基础上,提出将方案设计中的设计参数作为决策变量,将设计目标转化为优化目标和约束条件,建立多约束带惩罚因子的优化模型;然后,基于粒子群算法结合埃特金迭代数值算法进行概念设计方案自动寻优,同时通过改进粒子群算法的惯性权重和加速因子,提高算法性能。实例仿真结果表明,该方法不仅能在复杂非线性系统中全局寻优,而且具有快速收敛的优点,能实现飞机总体方案的优化。研究结果可为其他领域的总体方案优化设计提供参考。There are many parameters in aircraft conceptual scheme parameter design and there are coupling relations between them,and the traditional numerical solution method is inefficient and difficult to obtain the global optimal solution.An optimization method for aircraft overall scheme design based on PSO(particle swarm optimization)algorithm and Aitken iterative numerical algorithm is proposed.Firstly,based on the design of a large aircraft modification scheme,the design parameters in the scheme design are taken as decision variables,the design objectives are transformed into optimization objectives and constraints,and an optimization model with multiple constraints and penalty factors is established.Then,the conceptual design scheme is automatically optimized based on PSO and Aitken iterative numerical algorithm.At the same time,the performance of PSO is improved by improving the inertia weight and acceleration factor.The simulation results show that this method can not only be used for global optimization in complex nonlinear systems,but also realize the optimization of the overall aircraft scheme because of its fast convergence.The research results can provide reference for the conceptual scheme optimization design in other fields.
