智能巡检机器人现状及发展趋势分析

摘　　要：针对当前国内生产型企业的特殊环境及目前的主要巡检方式,从企业人力资源成本,检测范围的覆盖性、精准性及环境适应能力等多个角度,分析了企业采取智能巡检机器人代替人工巡检、实现产业升级改造的优越性及必要性。通过对国内外针对智能巡检机器人的研究情况作对比分析,总结出了巡检机器人目前的技术发展现状,以及根据行业发展趋势及人工作业需破解的瓶颈问题,推测未来巡检机器人的发展方向和需要攻克的技术难点。This article analyzes the advantages and necessity of adopting intelligent inspection robots to replace manual inspections and achieve industrial upgrading and transformation from multiple perspectives,such as human resource costs,coverage of detection scope,accuracy,and environmental adaptability,in response to the special environment and current main inspection methods of domestic production enterprises.By comparing and analyzing the research status of intelligent inspection robots both domestically and internationally,the current technological development status of inspection robots is summarized,as well as the bottleneck issues that need to be solved based on industry development trends and manual operations.The future development direction and technical difficulties that need to be overcome for inspection robots are speculated.
