摘 要:为研究比较小麦型饲粮中添加不同类型木聚糖酶对肉鸡生长性能、养分消化率、免疫与抗氧化功能、食糜黏度与pH及肠道紧密连接蛋白(ZO-1)的影响,试验选取1日龄罗斯308雏鸡800只,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复20只鸡,公母各半。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1~3组分别添加4 U/g中性木聚糖酶和2、4 U/g酸性木聚糖酶,试验期42 d。结果表明:(1)1~21日龄,各组间肉鸡生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05),从数值上看,试验组3的21日龄体重最高,料肉比(F/G)最低;22~42日龄,试验组3肉鸡42日龄体重较试验组1显著提高2.95%,平均日增重(ADG)提高3.58%(P<0.05),F/G显著降低2.92%(P<0.05);1~42日龄,试验组3 F/G较试验组1显著降低1.89%(P<0.05)。(2)试验组3粗蛋白质(CP)消化率较试验组1显著提高5.67%,总能(GE)消化率提高3.03%(P<0.05)。(3)试验组3血清总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量较试验组1显著提高9.22%、10.46%、18.14%(P<0.05)。(4)试验组3回肠和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性较试验组1显著提高17.15%、8.13%(P<0.05),肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性提高46.15%(P<0.05)。(5)试验组3 ZO-1表达量较对照组显著提高28.00%(P<0.05),食糜黏度较试验组1显著降低了21.19%(P<0.05)。综上所述,50%小麦型饲粮中添加木聚糖酶可提高养分消化率、增强肠道屏障功能和免疫与抗氧化功能,同时降低食糜黏度与pH,促进肉鸡生长性能,且4 U/g酸性木聚糖酶效果优于4 U/g中性木聚糖酶。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of acid xylanase and neutral xylanase application in wheat-type diet on growth performance,nutrient digestibility,immune and antioxidant function,pH and viscosity of chyme of broilers.A total of 800 one-day-old broiler chickens(Ross 308)were randomly assigned to 4 treatments,with 10 replications for each treatment and 20 chickens per replication(male female half).50%wheat type diet as basel diet were fed to control group,while neutral xylanase(4 U/g)for experimental group 1,acid xylanase at a dosage of 2,4 U/g for experimental group 2~3,respectively,were applied based on basel diet.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with the group,the growth performance of broilers in the group 3 increased numerically at 1~21 d(P>0.05),and the average daily gain(ADG)and body weight(BW)of broilers in group 3 at 22~42 d were significantly increased by 3.58%and 2.95%(P<0.05),and the F/G of broilers in group 3 at 22~42 d and 1~42 d were significantly decreased by 2.92%and 1.89%(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the group 1,the digestibility of crude protein(CP)and gross energy(GE)of group 3 were significantly increased by 5.67%and 3.03%(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the group 1,the total protein(TP),globulim(GLB)and IgA of group 3 were significantly increased by 9.22%,10.46%and 18.14%(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the group 1,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)of ileum and liver were significantly increased by 17.15%and 8.13%(P<0.05),and the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)of liver were significantly increased by 46.15%(P<0.05).(5)The ZO-1 of the group 3 were 28.00%higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the group 1,the chyme viscosity of group 3 were significantly decreased by 21.19%(P<0.05),and the pH of group 3 increased numerically(P>0.05).It was concluded that xylanase application in 50%wheat-type diet could improve the growth performance,digestive and immune performance,intestinal barrier function,and the viscosity and pH were decreased o
