摘　　要：[研究目的]探究比利时高校科研数据管理服务的成功经验,对国内高校进一步深化科研数据管理服务内涵具有重要参考价值。[研究方法]以比利时10所公立高校为调查对象,结合网络调研和内容分析比较方法,分别从科研数据政策体系、服务组织架构与服务内容框架方面,对各高校开展的科研数据管理服务现状进行分析。[研究结论]研究发现,比利时高校在政策体系构建、组织机构运营及服务链设计方面均存在显著特点,我国高校应通过构建垂直管理的科研数据政策体系,设立科学合理的RDM服务组织结构,建立一体化、细粒度的RDM服务全链条,培养研究人员RDM技能,聚焦数据要素市场化要求,助推高校RDM服务内涵本土化再升级等举措提升科研数据管理服务水平。[Research purpose]To explore the successful experience of scientific research data management services in Belgian universities and colleges,which has important reference value for domestic universities to further deepen the connotation of scientific research data management services.[Research method]With 10 public universities in Belgium as the survey objects,combined with network research and content analysis and comparison methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research data management services carried out by various universities from the aspects of scientific research data policy system,service organizational structure and service content framework.[Research conclusion]It is found that Belgian universities have significant characteristics in the construction of policy system,organization operation and service chain design.Chinese universities should establish a scientific and reasonable RDM service organizational structure,build an integrated and fine-grained RDM service chain,cultivate researchers'RDM skills,and focus on the requirements of data element marketization by building a vertically managed scientific research data policy system,and boost the localization and upgrading of RDM service connotation in colleges and universities to improve the service level of scientific research data management.
