保健食品中辅酶Q_(10)类软胶囊酸价测定方法探究

摘　　要：建立一种保健食品辅酶Q_(10)类软胶囊酸价测定方法。辅酶Q_(10)类软胶囊内容物随温度变化而呈现不同状态,通过对样品前处理进行优化,利用酚酞指示剂滴定法、冷溶剂自动电位滴定法和热乙醇指示剂滴定法进行酸价检测,并进行不确定度分析。经优化后的方法前处理,酚酞指示剂滴定法测得酸价为1.0311 mg/g,RSD为0.45%;冷溶剂自动电位滴定法测得酸价为1.0298 mg/g,RSD为0.42%;热乙醇指示剂滴定法测得酸价为1.1326 mg/g,RSD为0.45%,结果表明3种方法所测结果相差不大,但酚酞指示剂滴定法适用于颜色较浅的油脂。进一步对酚酞指示剂滴定法进行不确定度分析,测得扩展不确定度为6.30%,结果表明重复性测量、称量样品、滴定体积、氢氧化钠标准滴定液等都会引入不确定度,其中重复性测量及滴定体积是产生不确定度的主要来源。此方法操作简单、准确性好、重复性好,适用于保健食品中辅酶Q_(10)类软胶囊酸价的测定。To establish a method for the determination of acid value of health food coenzyme Q_(10)soft capsules.The content of coenzyme Q_(10)soft capsules in health food showed different states with the change of temperature.In this study,the sample pretreatment was optimized by using phenolphthalein indicator titration method,cold solvent automatic potentiometric titration method and hot ethanol indicator titration method to detect acid value,further analysis and evaluation by uncertainty.After the sample was pretreated by the optimized method,the acid value measured by phenolphthalein indicator titration was 1.031 1mg/g,the RSD was 0.45%;the acid value measured by cold solvent automatic potentiometric titration was 1.029 8 mg/g,the RSD was 0.42%;and the acid value measured by the ethanol indicator titration method was 1.132 6 mg/g,and the RSD was0.45%.The results showed that the phenolphthalein indicator titration method was not much different from the results measured by the other two methods,but the phenolphthalein indicator titration method was suitable for lighter oil.The uncertainty evaluation of the phenolphthalein indicator titration method was further carried out,and the measured expanded uncertainty was6.30%.The results showed that uncertainty would be introduced from the repeatability measurement,weighing samples,titration volume sodium hydroxide standard titration solution,among which repeatability of measurements and titration volumes are the main sources of uncertainty.The method was simple,accurate and repeatable,and is suitable for the determination of the acid value of coenzyme Q_(10)soft capsules in health food.
