摘　　要：沙棘是生态环境保护中的先锋树种,也是珍贵的药食同源植物,是兼具经济、生态和社会效益的重要作物。对沙棘加工过程中产生的沙棘副产物进行高效开发利用不仅可以避免资源浪费和环境污染,还可以实现副产物的高值化利用,达到经济效益和生态效益的双丰收。重点对沙棘生态价值、沙棘产品开发及沙棘副产物利用等方面的研究现状进行概述和总结,旨在为沙棘资源的高效综合利用提供理论支撑,为实现沙棘产业的可持续发展提供帮助。Sea buckthorn is a pioneer tree species in ecological environment protection and a kind of precious drug and food homologous plant,which is an important crop with economic,ecological and social benefits.Efficient exploitation of by-products from sea buckthorn processing can not only avoid the waste of resources and environmental pollution,but also realize the high-value utilization of by-products and achieve the double harvest of economic and ecological benefits.This paper focused on the overview and summary of the current research status of the ecological value,product development and the by-products utilization of sea buckthorn,aiming to provide theoretical support for the efficient and comprehensive utilization of sea buckthorn resources and help to realize the sustainable development of sea buckthorn industry.
