摘 要:在“1+X”证书制度下,开展高职“食品掺伪鉴别检验”课程的课证融通机制研究,具有重要意义,利于人才培养质量提升。在“食品掺伪鉴别检验”课程的课证融通改革过程中,要求把握好课程改革的总体思路,构建课程职业能力标准体系,构建课程教学体系,尤其是实践技能体系,构建完善的课程考核评价体系,以助力实现培养食品专业领域高素质技术技能人才目标。It was of great significance to carry out the research on the course certificate integration mechanism under the“1+X”certificate system in the course of food adulteration identification test course in higher vocational colleges,which was conducive to the improvement of the quality of talent training.In the reform process of course certificate integration of the higher vocational Food Adulteration Identification Test Course,it was required to grasp the overall idea of the curriculum reform,built a curriculum professional ability standard system,built a curriculum teaching system,especially a practical skill system,and built a complete curriculum assessment evaluation system to help achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality technical talents in the food professional field.
