摘  要:商业模式是企业竞争优势的重要来源,面对经济形势变化和产业结构调整,商业模式创新成为了我国制造企业转型升级的重要途径。但在内外部因素共同交织的情境下,制造企业如何进行商业模式创新仍不明晰,因此,基于组态视角,利用定性比较分析(QCA)方法探索外部环境特征和企业家导向如何协同影响企业进行商业模式创新,并通过要素联动分析可行的组态路径。结果发现:商业模式创新并不是单一变量驱动的结果,有三条等效组态路径可驱动制造企业进行新颖型商业模式创新,有且仅有一条路径驱动企业进行效率型商业模式创新。相似的外部环境下,领导者在商业模式创新类型的选择上起到了调节作用。Business model is an important source of competitive advantage of enterprises,facing the change of economic situation and the adjustment of industrial structure,business model innovation has become an important way of transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.However,in the context of interlacing internal and external factors,it is still unclear how manufacturing enterprises carry out business model innovation.Therefore,based on the perspective of configuration,qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)is used to explore how external environment characteristics and entrepreneur orientation synergically affect business model innovation,and feasible configuration path is analyzed through factor linkage.The results show that:business model innovation is not driven by a single variable;ther e are three equivalent configuration paths that can drive manufacturing enterprises to carry out novel business model innovation,and there is only one path that can drive enterprises to carry out efficient business model innovation;Under similar external circumstances,leaders play a moderating role in the choice of business model innovation types.
