摘　　要：高校校园文化建设是高校整体建设的重点内容,而学生实践能力培养又是高校办学的重要目标之一,可以说,二者密不可分,相互联系,相互促进。该文首先对校园文化和实践能力的内涵进行了界定并阐述了高校校园文化建设与大学生实践能力培养的关系,在此基础上,探讨了当前高校校园文化建设背景下大学生实践能力培养存在的问题,针对问题提出了一些可行性建议。当前,在高校校园文化建设视域下培养大学生实践能力还存在不少的现实问题,这些问题既有高校自身原因,也有体制机制和观念理念的原因,只有教育部门与高校共同努力,不断加强以培养大学生实践能力为目的校园文化建设,才能够适应新时代的教育发展大势,才能够实现高校的可持续发展。The construction of campus culture in universities is a key aspect of the overall construction of universities,and the cultivation of students'practical abilities is one of the important goals of university education.It can be said that the two are inseparable,interrelated,and mutually reinforcing.This article first defines the connotation of campus culture and practical ability,and elaborates on the relationship between the construction of campus culture in universities and the cultivation of practical ability of college students.On this basis,it explores the problems in the cultivation of practical ability of college students under the current background of campus culture construction in universities,and puts forward some feasible suggestions to address these problems.At present,there are still many practical problems in cultivating practical abilities of college students from the perspective of campus culture construction in universities.These problems are not only caused by the university itself,but also by institutional mechanisms and conceptual concepts.Only by working together with education departments and universities to continuously strengthen campus culture construction with the goal of cultivating practical abilities of college students can we adapt to the trend of educational development in the new era and achieve sustainable development of universities.
