书院文化对高校青年文化建设的影响及其应对

摘　　要：书院文化是我国古代大学文化的代表,高校青年文化是当代中国高校文化的重要组成部分,两者都有各自的理论基础,同属于大学文化,具有诸多的契合相通。调研发现,当代高校青年文化建设中存在诸多不足,需要完善的地方较多;书院文化含有丰富的文化教育资源,对实验书院制高校的青年文化及其建设产生了诸多影响,可以借鉴利用的地方较多。鉴于此,新时代高校应针对校园青年文化及其建设中的不足,努力挖掘书院文化中的文化教育资源,正面引导书院文化对青年文化建设的影响,及时矫正青年学生可能误读的书院文化中的某些因素带来的负面影响。Academy culture is a representative of ancient university culture in China,and youth culture in universities is an important part of contemporary Chinese university culture.Both have their own theoretical foundations and belong to university culture,with many similarities and connections.Research has found that there are many shortcomings in the construction of youth culture in contemporary universities,and there are many areas that need to be improved.The culture of academies contains rich cultural and educational resources,which have had a significant impact on the youth culture and its construction in experimental academy universities.There are many areas that can be referenced and utilized.In view of this,universities in the new era should address the shortcomings in campus youth culture and its construction,strive to tap into cultural and educational resources in academy culture,positively guide the influence of academy culture on youth culture construction,and promptly correct the negative effects of certain factors in academy culture that young students may misread.
