摘　　要：文章定义了UBC料的含义,介绍了UBC料回收的现状及意义,并根据UBC料的特点,提出了其保级再生的目标;通过分析UBC料的预处理、脱漆、配料和熔炼铸造这几个关键工艺,指出了其保级再生的关键控制点。This paper defines the meaning of UBC materials,introduces the current situation and significance of UBC material recovery,and puts forward the goal of grade protection regeneration according to the characteristics of UBC material.By analyzing the key processes of pretreatment,paint stripping,batching and melting casting of UBC materials,the key control points of grade protection regeneration are pointed out.
