摘 要:随着全球的社会经济的发展和节能减排的要求,在绿色建筑发展趋势以及“双碳”的目标下,需要将地域性及低碳环保的理念始终贯穿于超高层建筑的整个设计过程中。该文以埃塞俄比亚Abyssinia银行总部大楼设计为例,基于地域文化、气候特点、风俗人文,从低碳节能、地域特色等几个方面作为建筑设计的出发点,重点在城市肌理、空间营造、绿色技术应用三个维度作为基本框架进行分析,通过绿色节能建筑设计软件进行量化对比分析,针对建筑设计过程中低碳生态的可行性应用进行分析研究。讨论超高层建筑设计运用绿色概念设计优化的策略,以供参考。With the development of global social and economic,the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction,under the trend of green buildings and the goal of"double carbon",the concept of regionality and low-carbon environmental protection needs to be implemented through the entire design process of super high-rise buildings.Taking the design of the Ethiopian Abyssinia Bank headquarters building as an example,through the analysis of the local climate and current conditions,taking the regional architectural design as the starting point,we focus on three dimensions of urban texture,space creation,green technology application as the basic framework for analysis,through the green building design software analysis and quantification,we focus on the practical application of low-carbon environmental protection concepts in the process of architectural design.Finally we discuss the strategy of using green concept design optimization for super high-rise building design for reference.
