摘　　要：为了扩展原有道岔控制实训台功能,实现学生对道岔控制电路的自主设计与训练,以长春职业技术学院机电学院为例,对现有道岔转辙设备进行深入研究,采取增加故障按钮盘、挤岔表示灯(JCD)及终端电缆盒等装置的方式,成功研制出一套低成本、高安全的ZD6型转辙机道岔控制综合实训台.该实训台能够实现自主设计、自主焊接配线和自主排除故障功能,还可以与原有道岔控制实训台进行切换控制使用,有效提升了学生动手实践能力,以及高职院校教师的科技创新能力.In order to expand the function of the original turnout control training platform and realize the students'independent design and training of turnout control circuit,the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Changchun Polytechnic was taken as an example and the existing turnout switching equipment was deeply studied.The ways of increasing the devices of the fault button panel,trailed switch indication light(JCD)and terminal cable box were a-dopted.A set of ZD6 type turnout control comprehensive training platform with low cost and high safety has been successfully developed.The training platform can realize the functions of independent design,independent welding and wiring and independent troubleshooting,and it can also be switched and con-trolled with the original turnout control training platform,which effectively improves the students'hands on operation ability and the teachers'scientific and technological innovation ability in higher voca-tional colleges and universities.
