检验过程中基于包容要求对工作量规的设计与分析

摘  要:零件在大批量检验过程中的关键问题是根据所检要素遵循的公差原则确定正确的质量验收标准,选用或设计合适的量具及相应的检验方法.以设计?32H8/f7配合中的孔、轴(单一要素)用工作量规为例,阐述了包容要求、光滑极限量规的分类,以及孔、轴用工作量规的设计等问题.结果发现,对于有配合精度要求的孔、轴等单一几何要素,可根据包容要求确定验收标准,并设计相应的工作量规进行检验,同时提出通过修正减小量规的制造公差T和通规公差带的位置要素Z值来扩大验收区间的方法,以降低使用工作量规检验零件时产生误废现象的概率,提高合格品率.The key issues in the process of large volume inspection of parts are to determine the cor-rect quality acceptance standards,select or design suitable gauges and corresponding inspection methods according to the tolerance principles followed by the inspected features.Taking the design of working gauges for holes and shafts(individual feature)inφ32H8/f7 fit as an example,the issues of envelope re-quirements,classification and function of plain limit gauges,and design of working gauges for holes and shafts are elaborated.The results show that for individual geometric feature such as holes and shafts with matching accuracy requirements,the acceptance standards can be determined according to the enve-lope requirements and the corresponding working gauges can be designed for inspection.Meanwhile,it is proposed that the acceptance interval can be expanded by modifying and reducing the manufacturing tolerance T of the gauges and the Z value of the positional feature of the general gauge tolerance zone,so as to reduce the probability of misabandonment phenomenon and improve the rate of qualified products when inspecting the parts with the working gauges.
