摘  要:新文科背景下对保险实务专业人才培养的模式提出新的要求,由传统的理论教学转变为跨学科合作培养的复合型人才。文章根据目前传统保险实务专业存在人才培养目标定位不准确、师资队伍结构不合理、课程体系与企业实际相偏离、教学模式单一、考核评价不具体等问题。提出优化人才培养方案,并根据成果导向教育(OBE)理论设计课程体系、应用现代教学手段,进行改造与升级形成“教、学、研、评、馈、改”的六位一体的“闭环培养模式”及持续改进机制。保证保险实务专业(汽车定损与评估方向)升级改造完成的同时,为行业发展提供更高质量的复合型人才。In the context of the new liberal arts,new requirements have been put forward for the training mode of insurance practice professionals,shifting from traditional theoretical teaching to interdisciplinary collaborative training of composite talents.This article is based on the current inaccurate positioning of talent training objectives in traditional insurance practice majors,the structure of the teaching staff is unreasonable,the curriculum system deviates from the actual situation of the enterprise,the teaching mode is single,and the assessment and evaluation are not specific.Propose an optimized talent training plan,design a curriculum system based on outcomebased education(OBE)theory,apply modern teaching methods,and transform and upgrade it to form a six in one"closed-loop training mode"of"teaching,learning,research,evaluation,feedback,and improvement"and a continuous improvement mechanism.Ensure that the upgrading and transformation of the insurance practice major(automotive loss assessment and assessment direction)is completed,while providing higher quality composite talents for industry development.
