摘　　要：伴随信息技术的发展和互联网的普及,深刻地改变了当今社会的生产发展和信息交流方式,互联网在社会生活中的全面渗透,给中职学生的健康成长带来了不可估量的影响。针对中职学生的心理健康教育一直都备受关注,在“互联网+”背景下,中职学生群体中情绪不良问题、自我意识缺失问题日益凸显,因此当前中职学生心理健康教育的重点应当放在网络心理和网络行为的引导上,同时立足于互联网私密性、便捷性等的优势,拓宽心理健康教育渠道,构建线上线下融合的心理健康教育体系,切实提升心理健康教育成效。With the development of information technology and the popularization of the Internet,it has profoundly changed the production development and information exchange mode in today's society,with the Internet in the society The comprehensive penetration of life,to the healthy growth of secondary vocational students has brought an inestimable impact.For secondary vocational students'mental health education has been a concern,under the background of"Internet+",secondary vocational students in bad mood problems,lack of self-awareness,so the current secondary vocational students mental health education should focus on the network psychological and network behavior guide,at the same time based on the advantages of Internet privacy,convenience,broaden the channels of mental health education,build online integration of mental health education system,to improve mental health education results.
