摘 要:目的探讨在实施心内科护理管理期间改良护理绩效考核方式应用可行性。方法选取2020年4月—2022年8月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院的20名心内科护理人员作为研究对象,依据绩效考核方式不同阶段分组,其中施以常规护理绩效考核的设为参照组(n=10),施以改良护理绩效考核的设为研究组(n=10)。对比两组心内科护理人员抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、护理人员总满意度以及护理质量评分。结果研究组心内科护理人员抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分同参照组比较显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心内科护理人员总满意度同参照组比较显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心内科护理人员专业理论知识、操作技术、工作责任感、导管护理质量、病房基础护理质量、合作能力、护患沟通、护理文书质量以及人文关怀评分同参照组比较显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院针对心内科护理人员在开展心内科护理管理工作期间,改良护理绩效考核方式的有效应用,可改善护理人员的抑郁以及焦虑程度,从而显著提升其满意度以及护理质量。Objective To explore the feasibility of applying the improved nursing performance assessment method during the implementation of nursing management in the department of cardiology.Methods Twenty nursing staff in the Department of Cardiology of Shandong Health Care Group Laiwu Central Hospital from April 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.Grouping according to different stages of performance appraisal methods,they were divided into different groups.The reference group(n=10)was carried out routine nursing performance assessment,and the study group(n=10)was carried out improved nursing performance assessment.The scores of self-rating scale for depression,self-rating scale for anxiety,total satisfaction and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results The self-rating scale of depression and self-rating scale of anxiety of cardiology nurses in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing staff in the cardiology department of the study group was significantly improved compared with that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the scores of nursing staff in the department of cardiology were significantly improved in terms of professional theoretical knowledge,operational skills,job responsibility,catheter nursing quality,ward basic nursing quality,cooperation ability,nurse-patient communication,nursing document quality and humanistic care,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing management of cardiology department,the effective application of improved nursing performance appraisal method can improve the depression and anxiety of nursing staff,so as to significantly improve their satisfaction and nursing quality.
