摘 要:目的分析人力资源管理理念在医院人事管理中的应用价值,旨在提高人事管理水平,提高医疗服务质量。方法选取2022年2月—2023年1月珠海市人民医院在职的120名医护人员为研究对象,根据不同管理方法分为常规管理组与人力资源组,每组60名,常规管理组采用常规管理理念,人力资源组采用人力资源管理理念。对比两种管理方法下的人事科管理质量、人文关怀品质、离职意愿维度评分、职业认同感评分、管理满意度。结果人力资源组的人事科管理质量各项评分均高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。人力资源组医护人员的人文关怀品质各项评分及总分均高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);人力资源组医护人员的离职意愿维度评分低于常规管理组,职业认同感评分高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);人力资源组医护人员的管理满意度高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人力资源管理理念在医院人事管理中的应用效果显著,能够明显提高人事科管理质量,且能提升医护人员的人文关怀品质,降低医护人员的离职意愿维度,提高其职业认同感与管理满意度。Objective To analyze the application value of human resource management concept in hospital personnel management,aiming to improve the level of personnel management and improve the quality of medical services.Methods A total of 120 medical and nursing staff serving at Zhuhai People's Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to different management methods,it was divided into conventional management group and human resources group,with 60 people in each group.The conventional management group adopted the conventional management concept,and the human resource group adopted the human resource management concept.The personnel department management quality,humanistic care quality,resignation intention dimension score,career identity score,and management satisfaction were compared under the two management methods.Results The scores of personnel department management quality in the human resources group were higher than those in the routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores and total scores of humanistic care quality of medical staff in the human resources group were higher than those in the routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The score of willingness to leave was lower in the human resources group than in the routine management group,and the professional identity score was higher than that in the routine management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The management satisfaction of medical staff in the human resources group was higher than that in the routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of human resources management concept in hospital personnel management is remarkable,which can significantly improve the quality of personnel department management.And it can improve the quality of humanistic care of medical staff,reduce the dimension of turnover intention of medical sta
