摘 要:目的探讨多模式融合教学法在外科实践教学中的应用。方法将2021年1—12月在桂林医学院附属医院外科实习的2017级临床医学专业本科299名实习生作为研究对象,按教学时间段进行分组,对照组为2021年1—6月的155名实习生,采用传统教学方法进行教学,观察组为2021年7—12月的144名实习生,采用多模式融合教学方法进行教学。对比两组的考核成绩、教学满意度。结果观察组学生互评分、授课老师评分、外科实践技能考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在提高学习积极性、提升实践操作能力、提升操作中应急处理能力、教学途径多样、师生互动、团队协作等方面的教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多模式融合教学法在外科实践教学中的应用效果显著,能有效提升教学质量及教学满意度,提高学生的临床实践能力。Objective To explore the application of multi-mode fusion teaching method in surgical practice teaching.Methods From January to December 2021,299 interns in the 2017 grade clinical medicine undergraduate who were interns in the surgical department of the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College were selected as the research objects.Grouped according to the teaching time period,the control group was 155 students from January to June 2021,who used traditional teaching methods.The observation group consists of 144 students from July to December 2021,using the multi-modal integrated teaching method.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The students'mutual scores,teacher's scores,and surgical practice skills assessment scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in improving learning enthusiasm,practical operation ability,emergency handling ability in operation,various teaching methods,teacher-student interaction,and teamwork,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of multi-modal integration teaching method in surgical practice teaching is remarkable,which can effectively improve teaching quality and teaching satisfaction,and improve students'clinical practice ability.
