摘 要:本研究探讨了PDCA循环教学的价值,结合实施PDCA循环教学的基本流程,对设计个性化实习方案、组织针对性实践训练与检查、开展阶段性和周期性评估与改进环节的带教工作方法进行说明,并提出了保障应用效果的建议,以期为教师提供参考。This paper suggested that teachers use PDCA cycle teaching to solve such problems.The value of PDCA cycle teaching was discussed in the research.Combining with the basic process of PDCA cycle teaching,this paper explained the teaching methods of designing personalized practice program,organized targeted practice training and inspection,and carried out periodic and periodic evaluation and improvement.Some suggestions were put forward to ensure the effect of application,in order to provide reference for teachers.
