摘　　要：随着人民生活水平的不断提高,吃得更健康和更有营养成为人民关注的重点。目前,随着代糖甜味剂的应用越来越广泛,其给自然环境带来的影响也越来越大。为了让人们对甜味剂有全面的认识,该文首先介绍甜味剂的种类及应用领域,然后对人工甜味剂的污染现状及生态毒理研究进展进行阐述,最后介绍含人工甜味剂废水的处理方法。With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,eating healthier and more nutritious has become the focus of people's attention.At present,with the more and more extensive application of sugar substitute sweetener,it has more and more influence on the natural environment.In order to make people have a comprehensive understanding of sweeteners,this paper first introduces the types and application fields of sweeteners,then expounds the pollution status and ecotoxicological research progress of artificial sweeteners,and finally introduces the treatment methods of wastewater containing artificial sweeteners.
