摘　　要：法兰密封结构失效(泄漏)是公认导致企业安全事故最主要的原因之一,如何解决法兰连接泄漏问题就成了安全生产的一项重要课题。本文作者通过在开展设备完整性建设的基础上,主持研究开发了法兰密封零泄漏管理信息系统。本文主要就开发过程、建设内容、管理使用和取得的成效进行了阐述。The failure(leakage)of flange sealing structure is recognized as one of the main reasons for enterprise safety accidents,How to solve the problem of flange connection leakage has become an important issue in safety production.The author of this article has led the research and development of a flange sealing zero leakage management information system based on the construction of equipment integrity.This article mainly elaborates on the development process,construction content,management and use,and the results achieved.
