摘　　要：在医学本科教育中,“科研早接触”教育模式不断得到重视和推广。文章立足于该教育模式的发展背景、现状及特点,结合多年培养实践,系统分析了该教育模式存在的问题,提出作者自己的体会和培养新策略,旨在为医学本科教育的改革提供参考。In undergraduate medical education,early exposure to scientific research has received more attention and been continuously promoted.Based on the development background,current situation,and characteristics of this education model and combination with years of training practice,this paper systematically analyzes the prob⁃lems of this education model,proposes the writers’own experience and new training strategies,aiming to provide reference for the reform of undergraduate medical education.
