摘　　要：为探究客观、精确的服装造型评价指标,文章以样板角度变化的斜裙作为研究对象,利用手持式三维扫描仪获取斜裙的点云数据,提取斜裙表面积、体积、径向波褶角度和横向截面椭圆度、饱满度作为客观指标,分析样板结构与客观指标之间的关联性。研究结果表明:斜裙体积与样板角度呈高度非线性相关关系,面积、径向波褶角度及横向截面廓形指标与样板角度呈高度线性相关关系。基于样板角度变量构建的斜裙造型预测模型具有良好的拟合优度,并利用θ为22.5°、32.5°进行斜裙三维造型指标的模型检验,得到模型预测值与实际值无显著差异。研究结果可为斜裙造型评价及服装三维仿真提供参考。To explore an objective and accurate clothing modeling evaluation system,the modeling evaluation indexes are determined from three-dimensional space and the relationship between the model structure and clothing modeling is studied.The model structure is one of the main influencing factors of clothing modeling,but at present,the judgment between pattern structure and clothing modeling is mainly determined by the subjective standards of experienced stylists or designers,lacking accuracy and objectivity.However,clothing has the characteristics of horizontal,vertical and extended dimensions,which requires a more objective evaluation system from the perspective of space.Taking the oblique skirt with the change of the pattern structure as the research object,we drew the oblique skirt pattern through the fan method,set the pattern angle as the research variable,and used a common oblique skirt fabric to make six sample skirts.We used the hand-held 3D scanner to obtain the point cloud data of the inclined skirt,and extracted objective indicators,such as the surface area(S),volume(V),radial wave fold angles(θt andθa)of the oblique skirt,plumpness of cross section s(δ),and ovality(σ),and then analyzed the relationship between the pattern structure and three-dimensional model indicators.Through correlation analysis,it is found that the volume(V)of the oblique skirt and the pattern angle(θ)are highly nonlinear,and the V first increases and then decreases with the increase of theθ.When theθis 35°,the V reaches the maximum value.The surface area(S),radial wave fold angle index(θt andθa)and transverse section profile index(σandδ)are highly linear with the template angle(θ).It can be seen that with the increase of theθ,the S will gradually increase.In addition,with the increase ofθ,θa decreases gradually whileθt increases.Bothσandδare highly negatively correlated with the pattern angle and decrease with the increase of theθ.The regression analysis is used to build the relationship model between the pattern ang
