摘 要:为研究地铁DTⅥ2型扣件DI弹条大圆弧存在折痕后弹条大圆弧发生异常断裂的影响因素,分别建立大圆弧无折痕、有折痕两种DI弹条模型,代入精细化扣件系统有限元模型,考虑不同线路形式、车速组合设置12种工况进行动力学仿真计算,对比分析折痕对DI弹条应力分布的影响,并按照第四强度理论分析弹条的安全性。结果表明:各工况下,弹条无折痕时,最大Mises应力均出现在前拱小圆弧内侧,未达到弹条材料的屈服强度,弹条没有发生断裂的风险;弹条有折痕时,最大Mises应力均出现在弹条折痕位置,产生应力集中;弹条铺设在小半径曲线区段或列车运行速度大于等于120 km/h时,在列车周期性冲击荷载作用下,弹条在折痕处有异常断裂风险。弹条生产厂家应调整生产工艺,消除弹条出厂初始缺陷,确保弹条平滑。To study the influencing factors of large arc abnormal fracture of the DI clip of the DTⅥ2 type subway fastener after the existence of creases,two types of DI clip models with and without creases at the position of the large arc were established,which were substituted into the finite element model of the refined fastener system.Considering different line forms and vehicle speed combinations and setting 12 operating conditions,the dynamic simulation calculations was conducted,the impact of creases on the stress distribution of DI clips was compared and analyzed,and the safety of the elastic bars was analyzed according to the fourth strength theory.The results show that under all working conditions,when the clip has no creases,the maximum Mises stress appears on the inner side of the small arc in the front arch,which does not reach the yield strength of the clip material,and there is no risk of fracture of the clip.When there are creases,the maximum Mises stress occurs at the crease position of the clip,resulting in stress concentration.When the clip is laid in a small radius curve section or when the train speed is greater than or equal to 120 km/h,under the periodic impact load of the train,there is a risk of abnormal fracture of the clip at the crease.The manufacturer of the elastic strip should adjust the production process,eliminate the initial defects of the elastic strip before leaving the factory,and ensure the smoothness of the clip.
