北京数字产业链韧性测度与提升路径研究

摘　　要：产业链韧性是产业应对外部冲击的动态能力。提升产业韧性对于北京数字产业高质量发展以及建设全球数字标杆城市具有重要意义。文章系统回顾产业链韧性研究情况,指出需要突破的方向,深入剖析产业链韧性的理论涵义与影响因素,搭建北京数字产业韧性测度指标体系,利用熵值法测度了近五年北京数字产业链韧性,并结合模型分析结果和北京数字经济发展的实际情况提出北京数字产业链韧性的提升路径和主要对策。最后,文章提出在模型优化、数据收集和应对时代挑战等方面优化后续研究。Industry chain resilience is the industry s dynamic ability to cope with external shocks.Enhancing industrial resilience has great significance for the high-quality development of Beijing s digital industry and the construction of a global digital benchmark city.This paper systematically reviews the research on industry chain resilience,points out the directions that need to be broken through,provides an in-depth analysis of the theoretical connotation and influencing factors of industry chain resilience,then constructs an index system for measuring the resilience of Beijing s digital industry,measures the resilience of Beijing s digital industry chain in the past five years using the entropy method,and proposes a realistic path and main countermeasures for improving the resilience of Beijing s digital industry chain based on the model analysis results and the actual situation.Finally,this paper proposes optimizing further research in model optimization,data collection,and addressing challenges of the time.
