摘 要:青少年短道速滑运动员在成长期间通过多元化的运动全面发展身心健康,对于专项动作和技能的学习具有积极影响;同时,制定一个全面的运动员发展模型对于取得长期成功至关重要。运用LTAD理论模型,结合世界及我国男女运动员在冬奥会短道速滑500 m、1 000 m、1 500 m项目中首次获得奖牌的年龄统计,分析短道速滑运动员的成才周期。并基于运动员成长过程中的学习到训练阶段、训练到训练阶段、训练到竞争阶段、训练到胜利阶段,从体能、技能、心理、战术、竞赛安排及恢复和再生等多个方面,提出我国青少年短道速滑运动员的长期发展策略。以期使LTAD模型成为一种指导青少年运动员职业化发展的路径指南,由此获得均衡的提升,更好地挖掘自身潜力,在专项领域中取得长期的成功。The comprehensive development of physical and mental health of junior short track speed skaters through diversified sports during their growth process has a positive impact on the learning of specialized movements and skills;At the same time,making a comprehensive model of athlete development is essential for long-term success.The LTAD theoretical model was used to analyze the success cycle of short-track speed skaters by combining the age statistics of the world and China's male and female athletes who won medals for the first time in the short-track speed skating 500m,1,000m,and1,500m events at the Winter Olympics.And based on the learning-to-training stage,training-to-training stage,training-to-competition stage,and training-to-victory stage in the growth process of athletes,the long-term development strategy of China's junior short-track speed skaters is proposed in terms of multiple aspects,such as physical fitness,skills,psychology,tactics,competition arrangements,and recovery and regeneration.In order to make the LTAD model become a kind of path guide to guide the professional development of young athletes,from which they can obtain a balanced improvement,better explore their potentials,and achieve long-term success in their specialties.
