心理训练在高校滑雪课程教学中的应用与思考

摘　　要：北京冬奥会的成功举办,推动了冰雪运动进校园的进程,使滑雪运动成为高校体育的重要组成部分,但高校在滑雪课程教学中存在重技能、轻心理的趋势,心理训练对于滑雪教学的积极作用未能有效凸显。通过分析心理训练在高校滑雪教学中的现状,发现当前存在忽视心理训练、个性化程度不高、环境创设有待提高、统筹能力不足等问题。提出更新教学观念、实施个性化训练、加强心理训练的研究与培训、健全高校滑雪心理训练体系等途径,旨在通过加强课程中的心理训练,优化和提升高校滑雪教学质量。并在新的历史起点,更加适应新形势下全面提升学生综合素质的要求,推动我国高校冰雪运动的可持续发展,加快构建冰雪强国和健康中国。The successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympics has promoted the process of ice and snow sports into the campus,making skiing an important part of physical education in colleges and universities.However,there is a trend of emphasizing skills over psychology in skiing course teaching in colleges and universities,and the positive role of psychological training in skiing teaching has not been effectively highlighted.By analyzing the current situation of psychological training in teaching of skiing courses in colleges and universities,it is found that there are problems such as the psychological training is neglected,the degree of personalization is low,environment creation needs to be improved,and the ability of overall planning is insufficient,etc.Aiming to these problems,it is proposed to update the teaching concept,implement personalized training,strengthen the research and training of psychological training,and improve the psychological training system for skiing in colleges and universities.The aim is to optimize and improve the quality of skiing teaching in colleges and universities by strengthening psychological training in the courses.And at a new historical starting point,it will better adapt to the requirements of comprehensively improving students'all-round quality under the new situation,promote the sustainable development of ice and snow sports in Chinese colleges and universities,and accelerate the construction of a leading ice and snow sport nation and a healthy China.
