摘 要:钢铁产品成材率和企业节能降碳有着密切关系。通过全生命周期评价探讨了高速线材产品成材率与碳减排关系,提升产品成材率,可以减少生产过程二氧化碳排放。针对SWRH82B高碳硬线钢拉拔断裂的质量问题,对原料及断裂的试样进行金相检测、非金属夹杂物等分析,发现拉拔过程中表面擦划伤引起的拉拔断裂是导致原料开裂的原因。The yield rate of steel products is closely related to energy conservation and carbon reduction of enterprises.Through the life cycle assessment,the relationship between the yield rate of high-speed wire products and carbon emission reduction was discussed,and the CO_2 emission in the production process could be reduced by improving the yield of products.Regarding the quality issue of SWRH82B high carbon hard wire steel drawing fracture,perform metallographic testing and analysis of non-metallic inclusions on raw materials and fractured samples,it was found that the fracture caused by surface scratches during the drawing process is the cause of raw material cracking.
