摘 要:随着社会的发展以及国家政策的要求,增加入炉废钢量,降低转炉铁钢比具有重要意义。通过对碳化硅发热剂降低转炉铁钢比的作用进行理论计算分析,并进行实际应用。结果表明:碳化硅发热剂具有很好的热源作用,但其效果受铁水条件和炉渣碱度要求影响,铁水硅含量较低时,碳化硅发热剂对降低转炉铁钢比效果最为显著,但随着铁水硅含量的增加为了平衡炉渣碱度而补加石灰时,其效果就有所降低,铁水硅含量较高时不适合使用碳化硅发热剂来降低铁钢比。With the development of society and the requirements of national policies,it's very meaningful that increasing the amount of scrap and reducing the iron steel ratio of the converter.Theoretical calculation and analysis of the effect of SiC heating agent on reducing the iron steel ratio of the converter,and practical application.The results show that SiC heating agent has a good heat source effect,but its effect is affected by the conditions of molten iron and the requirements of slag alkalinity.When the silicon content in hot metal is low,the SiC heating agent has the most significant effect on reducing the iron to steel ratio.However,as the silicon content in hot metal increases and lime is added to balance the slag alkalinity,the effect decreases.When the silicon content is high,it is not suitable to use silicon carbide heating agent to reduce the iron to steel ratio.
