摘　　要：介绍了炼钢生产过程经济型炼钢模型研究方面的内容,从多方面阐述了日常管理中炼钢生产过程经济型研究相关内容,介绍了以低成本工艺设计为前提,在满足转炉终点钢水质量的基础上。开发经济型炼钢模型,分析和概述了经济型炼钢模型的架构和关键技术点。结合MG钢铁公司的实际情况,介绍了MG钢铁公司在经济型炼钢模型方面所做的一些探索性工作。This paper focuses on some personal understandings of thc economical research of the steelmaking production process,expounds some management contents related to the economical research of the steelmaking production process in daily management from various aspects,and focuses on the basics of low-cost process design.The content and its important role in cost reduction,as well as the application of just-in-time production in steelmaking production,on this basis,the concept of economical steelmaking is gradually introduced,and the theoretical background of economical steelmaking is analyzed and outlined.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of MG Iron and Steel Company,some exploratory work done by MG iron and steel company in improving the economical steelmaking system is introduced.
