摘　　要：高等教育治理现代化视角下,观照普通高职院校的发展现状,面临困境。为了应对挑战,从政府、社会、学校三个层面提出相应对策:重构师资队伍;改革专业建设体系;构筑校企政协同育人机制,实现高质量转型发展。Under the perspective of modernization of higher education governance,the development status quo of ordinary higher vocational colleges is viewed as facing difficulties.In order to cope with the challenges, corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the three levels of government, society and school:reconstructing the faculty;reforming the professional construction system;constructing the mechanism of school-enterprise-government collaborative education,and realizing the high-quality transformation and development.
