摘　　要：躺平行为在网络上流行甚广,躺平和传统意义上的“懒”有一定区别。躺平行为反映了个人成长与时代发展难以调和的矛盾。躺平的成因有外部原因和内部原因。要克服躺平行为,需要社会、家庭等多方协同努力才能有效帮助现代青年走出躺平的困境。The behavior of lying flat is very popular on the internet, and there is a certain difference between lying flat and traditional "laziness".Lying flat reflects the contradiction between personal growth and the development of the times that is difficult to reconcile.There arc external and internal reasons for lying flat.To overcome the behavior of lying flat,it requires the collaborative efforts of society,family,and other parties to effectively help modern youth overcome the dilemma of lying flat.
