摘  要:为及时掌握刮板输送机运行工况,研发了由多通道轴承温度监测分站、温度监测总站、远程监测平台组成的洗选厂刮板输送机轴承温度远程在线监测系统。进行了硬件选型设计:选用贴片式K型热电偶作为传感器,以STC15F2K60S2为核心,设计了由热电偶信号处理模块、485通信模块、在线编程模块、信号选通模块、地址设置模块组成的多通道轴承温度监测分站,实现了温度采集与传输、分站地址设置等功能;软件设计以STM32F103ZET6为核心,设计了具有485通信模块、RJ-45接口、人机交互模块、JTAG在线编程接口、GPRS远程数据传输模块的温度监测总站,实现了温度集中显示与远程传输。基于ForceControl组态软件,开发了远程监测平台,实现了总站发送数据的接受、存储和显示。最后,搭建了实验台,验证了系统具有良好的功能。In order to promptly understand the operating conditions of scraper conveyors,a remote online monitoring system for the bearing temperature of scraper conveyors in the coal preparation plant was developed.The system was comprised of multiple-channel bearing temperature monitoring substation,temperature monitoring main station,and remote monitoring platform.Surface-mount type K-type thermocouples were used as sensors.The multiple-channel bearing temperature monitoring substation,based on STC15F2K60S2,was designed with thermocouple signal processing module,485 communication module,online programming module,signal selection module,and address setting module,achieving functions such as temperature acquisition,transmission,and substation address setting.The temperature monitoring main station,based on STM32F103ZET6,was designed with 485 communication module,RJ-45 interface,human-machine interaction module,JTAG online programming interface,and GPRS remote data transmission module,realizing centralized temperature display and remote transmission.A remote monitoring platform was developed using ForceControl configuration software,achieving data reception,storage,and display from the main station.Finally,an experimental platform was set up to verify the functionality of the system.
