摘 要:由于具有同分异构结构的聚合物在性能方面具有明显的差异,文中以1,4,5,8-萘四甲酸酐(NTDA)为二酐单体,3,3’-二氨基二苯砜和4,4’-二氨基二苯砜提供同分异构结构单元,4,4'-二氨基-2,2'-二磺酸基-联苯水合物(BDSA)为磺化二胺单体,制备了2种具有不同空间构型的磺化聚酰亚胺(SPI),并将其作为质子交换膜(PEM)使用在全钒液流电池(VRFB)中。3,3’-二氨基二苯砜的螺旋结构可有效增强3-SPI化学结构的柔性,有助于分子链的缠结,使其具有优异的力学性能、尺寸稳定性和阻钒能力(8.08×10^(-8)cm^(2)/min)。4-SPI构型的离子电导率(47.21 mS/cm)与Nafion 212膜(49.37 mS/cm)相似,但离子选择性(4.25×10^(5)S·min/cm^(3))约是Nafion 212(1.08×10^(5)S·min/cm^(3))的4倍。在单电池测试中,4-SPI仍表现出良好的综合性能,在160 mA/cm^(2)电流密度下,能量效率(EE)达到77%。同时,4-SPI也表现出良好的稳定性,其EE在30次循环之后仍保持在84%以上。Because the polymers with isomeric structure have obvious differences in performance,in this work,1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride(NTDA)is used as dianhydride monomer,and 3,3-diaminodiphenylsulfone and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone were used to provide isomeric structural unit,using 4,4'-diaminobiphenyl-2,2'-disulfonic acid hydrate as sulfonated diamine monomer.Two kinds of the sulfonated polyimides(SPI)with different spatial configurations were prepared and used as proton exchange membranes(PEM)in vanadium redox flow batteries(VRFB).The helical structure of 3,3'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone can effectively enhance the flexibility of chemical structure of 3-SPI,contributing to the entanglement of molecular chains,and make it have excellent mechanical properties,dimensional stability,and vanadium resistance(8.08×10^(-8)cm^(2)/min).The ionic conductivity(47.21 mS/cm)of the 4-SPI configuration is similar to that of the Nafion 212 membrane(49.37 mS/cm),but the ionic selectivity(4.25×10^(5)S·min/cm^(3))is about 4 times of that of Nafion 212(1.08×10^(5)S·min/cm^(3)).In the single-cell test,the 4-SPI still shows good comprehensive performance,and the energy efficiency(EE)reaches 77%at the current density of 160 mA/cm^(2).At the same time,the 4-SPI also show a good stability,and its EE remains above 84%after 30 cycles.
