西安回民街历史街区更新策略研究

摘　　要：随着我国历史街区更新保护措施的日渐完善,加强历史街区文化遗产保护、完善公共服务和空间格局、促进城市有机更新和可持续发展已经成为历史街区更新与保护的重点。西安回民街历史文化遗存真实性、历史风貌完整性保护较为完善,具有极其重要的历史文化价值,但由于回民街还处于居民自行发展,存在的问题较多,功能结构与商业形态无法满足游客与居民需求,需要进行系统的更新改造。该研究以西安回民街为例,使用案例研究法、实地调研法等,对西安回民街历史文化街区进行历史资料收集、商业结构分析、功能结构分析、游客人群调查,结合国内外实践经验总结回民街历史文化街区功能与保护的不足,并提出西安回民街历史街区更新策略,为西安历史文化街区延续与地域特色传承提供思路。With the gradual improvement of measures for the renewal and protection of historical blocks in China,strengthening the protection of cultural heritage in historical blocks,improving public services and spatial patterns,and promoting organic urban renewal and sustainable development have become the focus of historical block renewal and protection.The authenticity and integrity of the historical and cultural heritage of Xi'an Huimin Street are well protected,and it has extremely important historical and cultural value.However,due to the fact that Huimin Street is still developed by residents themselves,there are many problems with Huimin Street,and its functional structure and commercial form cannot meet the needs of tourists and residents.Therefore,it needs to be systematically updated and transformed.The study takes Xi'an Huimin Street as an example,uses the Case study method,field research method,etc.,through the historical data collection,business structure analysis,functional structure analysis,and tourist survey of the historical and cultural blocks of Xi'an Huimin Street,summarizes the shortcomings of the functions and protection of the historical and cultural blocks of Huimin Street in combination with practical experience at home and abroad,and proposes the renewal strategy of the historical blocks of Xi'an Huimin Street,provide ideas for the continuation of History of Xi'an historical and cultural blocks and the inheritance of regional characteristics.
