摘　　要：癫痫(epilepsy)是常见的神经系统疾病,会影响患者的身心健康、认知和社会功能。因此,癫痫的诊疗除了缓解和控制癫痫发作外,还应加入神经心理评估,对认知和心理状态进行动态监测,及时提供建议和治疗,预防及改善相关认知心理共病。目前,国际上尚无关于神经心理评估标准程序的共识发表,测试种类繁多,不同机构使用的测试差异显著。本文阐述了关于癫痫患者神经心理评估涉及的认知领域及其测试、评估结果及其影响因素,评估的注意事项,希望有助于提高对癫痫患者神经心理评估理解及应用,为癫痫患者神经心理评估提供资料,优化癫痫合并认知障碍患者的个体化预防及治疗策略。Epilepsy is a common neurological disease which can affect the physical and mental health and cognitive and social functions of patients.Therefore,the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy should also include neuropsychological assessment in addition to alleviating and controlling seizures in order to monitor cognitive and psychological status dynamically,provide timely suggestions and treatment,and prevent and improve related cognitive and psychological comorbidities.Currently,there is no international consensus published on standard procedures for neuropsychological assessment.There are various tests used by different institutions,with significant differences in the results.This article expounds the cognitive domains and tests involved in the neuropsychological assessment of patients with epilepsy,results,influencing factors,and considerations of the assessment.Hopefully,this will improve the understanding and application of neuropsychological assessment for patients with epilepsy,provide data for neuropsychological assessment of patients with epilepsy,and optimize individualized prevention and treatment strategies for patients with epilepsy complicated by cognitive impairment.
