摘 要:目的探究缺陷式情景模拟案例教学在规培护士静脉输液培训中的应用效果。方法选取江西省儿童医院2018、2019级78名规培护士为教学对象,2018级40名规培护士作为对照组,于2021年8月采取传统情景模拟教学法进行培训;2019级38规培护士作为观察组,2022年1月采取缺陷式情景模拟案例教学法进行培训。培训后比较两组规培护士的技能考核成绩、缺陷识别率,并统计观察组对教学效果的评价结果。结果观察组规培护士技能考核成绩为(95.00±2.63)分,高于对照组的(89.54±3.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组规培护士对药物剂量错误、身份错误、穿刺部位错误的缺陷识别率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组规培护士对缺陷式情景教学总体满意度为94.74%;观察组规培护士发现问题的能力、对存在问题的整改能力及综合评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺陷式情景模拟案例教学提高了规培护士缺陷识别能力及解决问题的能力、活跃了课堂气氛,学习兴趣及参与积极性明显提高。Objective To explore the application effect of defect scenario simulation case teaching in intravenous infusion training for standardized training nurses.Methods A total of 78 standardized training nurses from Grade 2018 and 2019 in Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital were selected as the teaching objects.A total of 40 standardized training nurses in Grade 2018 were selected as the control group,and they were trained by the traditional scenario simulation teaching method in August 2021.And 38 standardized training nurses in Grade 2019 were selected as the observation group,and they were trained by defect scenario simulation case teaching method in January 2022.After the training,the skill assessment results and defect recognition rate of the standardized training nurses of two groups were compared,and the evaluation results of the teaching effect of the observation group were analyzed.Results The skill assessment score of standardized training nurses in the observation group was(95.00±2.63)points,which was higher than(89.54±3.36)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The defect recognition rates of the standardized training nurses in the observation group for drug dosage error,identity error and puncture site error were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the standardized training nurses to the defect situational teaching in the observation group was 94.74%.The ability of standardized training nurses to find problems,rectify existing problems and comprehensive evaluation in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The defect scenario simulation case teaching method improves the defect identification ability and problem solving ability of standardized training nurses,activates the classroom atmosphere,and significantly improves the learning interest and participation enthusiasm.
