摘　　要：目的应用德尔菲法构建中西医结合护理硕士专业学位(MNS)研究生的临床实践能力评价指标。方法通过文献查阅形成中西医结合MNS研究生临床实践能力评价指标初稿,选择28名专家进行两轮德尔菲专家函询。结果共进行两轮专家函询,最终构建的中西医结合MNS研究生临床实践能力评价指标包括5个一级指标(职业道德素养、中西医临床护理能力、护理科研能力、护理教学能力、护理管理能力)、16个二级指标和58个三级指标。专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.94和0.97,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.146和0.212(P<0.01)。结论本方案构建科学、实用,可为中西医结合MNS研究生临床实践能力的培养、考核及评价提供参考依据。Objective To construct the clinical practice ability evaluation index for master of nursing specialist(MNS)of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine by Delphi method.Methods Through literature review,the first draft of the evaluation index of clinical practice ability of MNS graduates of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was formed,and 28 experts were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results A total of two rounds of expert consultation were conducted.The final evaluation index of clinical practice ability of MNS graduate students of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine included 5 first-level indicators(professional ethics,clinical nursing ability of traditional Chinese and western medicine,nursing research ability,nursing teaching ability,nursing management ability),16 second-level indicators and 58 third-level indicators.The effective recovery rates of expert letter questionnaires were both 100%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.94 and 0.97,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.146 and 0.212,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion The construction of this scheme is scientific and practical,which can provide a reference for the training,assessment and evaluation of clinical practice ability of MNS graduates of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
