摘  要:目的分析在胸外科教学中,采用多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)模式下以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的价值。方法选取2020年9月—2021年9月西安交通大学第二附属医院胸外科实习的医学生128名作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法分两组,各64名,对照组给予传统模式教学,观察组在MDT模式下给予PBL教学,对比两组考试成绩、教学效果、教学满意度、教学质量。结果观察组理论成绩(79.82±3.42)分、病例讨论成绩(81.46±6.52)分、实操成绩(86.14±2.71)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组统计的各个维度教学效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组统计的教学满意度(96.88%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各个维度教学质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择MDT模式下PBL教学法可提升胸外科教学质量及学生对教学方式满意度,为后期进入临床工作奠定基础。Objective To analyze the value of problem-based learning(PBL)in the mode of multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)in the teaching of thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 128 medical students who interned in the department of thoracic surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 64 students in each group.The control group received traditional teaching mode,while the observation group received PBL teaching under MDT mode.The test scores,teaching effectiveness,teaching satisfaction,and teaching quality of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical scores of the observation group[(79.82±3.42)]points,the case discussion score[(81.46±6.52)]points and the practical score[(86.14±2.71)]points were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect scores of each dimension of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group(96.88%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching quality scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method based on MDT model can improve the quality of thoracic surgery teaching and students'satisfaction with the teaching method,and lay a foundation for later clinical work.
