摘  要:口腔门诊护理教学是护理工作人员可以胜任工作岗位的重要方法,高质量的教学培训对培养综合素质较强的护理工作者尤为关键。传统护理教学模式比较单一,内容枯燥乏味,学员学习积极性低下,教学质量欠佳。以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)是以经典病例为基础,通过设计与之相关的一系列问题,引导并启发学员讨论,以增强个人思维能力与操作能力。为此,文章通过分析口腔门诊护理的工作特点及教学现状、口腔患者健康素养概念及现状、CBL教学法的概念及特点、CBL教学法在口腔门诊护理人员教学中的应用、CBL教学法的优势,以探讨该教学法的发展前景。Teaching oral outpatient nursing is an important way for nursing staff to be qualified for the job.High-quality teaching and training is particularly critical for cultivating nursing workers with strong comprehensive quality.The traditional nursing teaching mode is relatively simple,the content is boring,the students'enthusiasm for learning is low,and the teaching quality is not good.The case-based guidance(CBL)teaching mode is based on classic cases,and by designing a series of related questions,it guides and inspires students to discuss,so as to enhance personal thinking ability and operation ability.To this end,this paper analyzes the working characteristics and teaching status of oral outpatient nursing,the concept and status of oral patient health literacy,the concept and characteristics of CBL teaching mode,the application of CBL teaching mode in the teaching of oral outpatient nursing staff,and the development of CBL teaching mode.advantages to explore the development prospects of this teaching model.
