摘 要:目的探讨Gibbs反思循环模式联合情景模拟方法在本科《医学影像学》教学的应用价值。方法2021年9月—2022年1月选取129名广西医科大学2020级临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,以班为单位随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用Gibbs反思循环模式联合情景模拟的教学法,教学任务完成以后比较两组考核成绩以及调查问卷结果,并进行统计学分析。结果在评判性思维能力方面,试验组评估总分为(185.22±22.35)分,高于对照组的(174.82±23.62)分,理论考试成绩试验组为(83.62±6.37)分高于对照组(80.71±6.49)分、技能考核试验组成绩(88.59±6.89)分高于对照组成绩(85.43±7.35)分,课程评价得分(39.08±5.94)分高于对照组得分(35.71±6.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Gibbs反思循环模式联合情景模拟教学法在本科《医学影像学》有较好的应用效果,对本科《医学影像学》教育教学深化改革有一定的指导作用。Objective To explore the application value of Gibbs reflection cycle combined with scenario simulation method in undergraduate Medical Imaging teaching.Methods From September 2021 to January 2022,a total of 129 clinical medicine students from Guangxi Medical University in 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group based on class size.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used Gibbs reflective cycle mode combined with scenario simulation teaching methods.After the teaching task was completed,the assessment scores and questionnaire results of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results In terms of critical thinking ability,the total evaluation score of the experimental group was(185.22±22.35)points,which was higher than the control group[(174.82±23.62)points].The theoretical exam score of the experimental group was(83.62±6.37)points,higher than the control group[(80.71±6.49)points],the skill assessment score of the experimental group was(88.59±6.89)points higher than the control group[(85.43±7.35)points],and the course evaluation score was(39.08±5.94)points,higher than the control group[(35.71±6.37)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gibbs reflection cycle combined with situational simulation teaching method has a good application effect in undergraduate Medical Imaging,which has a certain guiding role in deepening the education and teaching reform of undergraduate Medical Imaging.
