摘 要:目的探讨临床病例讨论教学法在心肌声学造影临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年4月在陕西省人民医院超声科进行住院医师规范培训(简称“住培”)的医师40名,随机分配为对照组和观察组,各20名。观察组采用临床病例讨论教学法,对照组采用传统讲授教学法。对比两组对教学的满意度及实际教学效果。结果观察组对病例讨论教学法的满意度为95%,对照组为60%,观察组对教学方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的理论成绩[(90.12±5.21)分]和实践操作成绩[(91.22±5.65)分]均高于对照组[(78.87±5.44)分、(75.09±5.99)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床病例讨论教学法在心肌声学造影临床教学中应用比传统讲授式教学法更具有应用价值,可提高学生理论及实践操作能力。Objective To explore the effect of clinical case discussion in clinical teaching of myocardial contrast echocardiography.Methods A total of 40 physicians who received standardized resident training(referred to as"resident training")in the department of ultrasound,Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 20 physicians in each group.The observation group adopted the clinical case discussion teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The satisfaction degree and actual teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of the observation group with the case discussion teaching method was 95%,while that of the control group was 60%,the satisfaction of the observation group with the teaching method was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical scores[(90.12±5.21)points]and practical scores[(91.22±5.65)points]of the observation group were higher than those of the control group[(78.87±5.44)and(75.09±5.99)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical case discussion teaching method is more valuable than the traditional teaching method in the clinical teaching of myocardial contrast echocardiography,and it can improve the students'ability of theory and practice.
