应急演练联合分层培训在放射科护士岗位胜任力提升中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨团队一体化应急演练联合分层级培训考核在提升放射科护士岗位胜任力中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月某三甲医院放射科17名护士作为培训考核对象,在传统的分层级培训考核模式基础之上,联合团队一体化应急演练,通过演练前后护士专科理论与操作技能考核、发放满意度问卷测评比较患者与同行对护士的满意度,同时采用自制的《护士岗位胜任力培养调查表》就放射科护士对职业道德水平、学习兴趣、急救技能、沟通交流能力、临床护理思维能力、分析与解决问题能力、团队合作能力、人文素养等方面的改善情况进行问卷综合评价。结果实施团队一体化应急演练后护士的专科理论与技能考核平均成绩、满意度问卷测评结果、岗位胜任力自我评价均显著高于演练前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用团队一体化应急演练联合分层级培训考核能够提升护士对患者的观察与宣教能力,突发问题的沟通协调与解决能力,安全意识与团队合作能力,从而改善患者就医体验与同行满意度,也提升了放射科护理质量。Objective To evaluate the application effect of integrative team in emergency combined with hierarchical trainings and assessments in improving nurses’capacities in the radiology department.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,a total of 17 nurses in the radiology department of a top-three hospital were selected as training and assessment objects.Based on the traditional hierarchical training and assessment models,they were also trained by integrative team in emergency combined hierarchical training.Fundamental nursing theories and operational skills were assessed respectively before and after.The satisfaction survey was carried out in patients to compare the nurses who were with them during the experiment.Meanwhile,the nurses’professional ethics,learning enthusiasm,first-aid skills,communication abilities,clinical thinking in nursing,problem-solving abilities,team-work competency,human care and other possible improvements were assessed by the Professional Nurses'Competency Training Questionnaire.Results The average scores of nurses’professional theories,skill assessments,satisfaction questionnaires and competency of self-evaluation after the application of integrative team in emergency combined hierarchical training were significantly higher than those before.There were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative team in emergency combined hierarchical training assessment can improve nurses'ability to observe and educate patients,communicate and coordinate with each other to solve unexpected problems and improve their safety awareness and team-work ability.As a result,it will improve both patients'medical experience,satisfaction and the quality of nursing in the radiology department.
