摘　　要：报道一例软骨发育不全性侏儒症(achondroplasia dwarfism)合并腰椎滑脱症(lumbar spondylolisthesis)的患者的手术方式、影像学表现及随访资料。本文通过对软骨发育不全性侏儒症的起源、发病机制、临床表现、诊断、并发症及治疗方式进行研究,分析其与腰椎滑脱之间的联系以及该类患者的治疗方式,旨在为临床治疗该类患者提供思路。We report the surgical approach,imaging manifestations,and follow-up data of a patient with achondroplasia dwarfism combined with lumbar spondylolisthesis.The purpose of this study is to investigate the origin,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,complications,and treatment modalities of achondroplasia dwarfism,to analyze the association between it and lumbar spondylolisthesis,aiming to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of these patients.
